Tee times may be booked online, by phone, or in person.A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes, including a reduction in the number of players.No-show or short-show fees may be charged for cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tee time, or when fewer players arrive than were booked.The person making the booking is responsible for all players in the group, including any applicable cancellation, no-show, or short-show fees.

All players are expected to:Be respectful of fellow golfers, staff, and the courseMaintain pace of playRepair ball marks, replace divots, rake bunkers, and care for the courseFollow direction from course marshals and staffGolf is built on honesty and courtesy—those values matter here.

We encourage golfers to dress comfortably and appropriately for the game. Traditional golf attire is welcome, but we recognize that styles have evolved. Guidelines: Clean, comfortable athletic or golf-style clothing is recommended Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times Offensive or inappropriate graphics/language are not permitted Staff may address attire only if it is clearly inappropriate or disruptive to others. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests follow these same expectations.

Personal music is welcome at a respectful volume.Music should only be audible within your groupBe mindful of nearby players, tee boxes, and greensStaff or fellow golfers may ask for volume adjustments if neededIf it affects another group’s experience, it’s too loud—simple as that.

Alcohol must be purchased through the course in accordance with Ontario liquor laws  Outside alcohol is not permitted  Staff are Smart Serve certified and may refuse service if necessary  Anyone who becomes disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant may be asked to leave without refund.

Cannabis use is legal in Canada, and we respect that. On course: Discretion is expected  Be mindful of proximity to other players and shared spaces  Avoid impacting others’ experience through smoke, odor, or behavior  If use becomes disruptive or affects others, staff may intervene.

Our staff and marshals are here to ensure everyone has a great day. If a situation arises where a player’s behavior negatively impacts others, they may be: Given a warning  Asked to adjust their behavior  Asked to leave the course without refund if necessary
