Liability & Responsibility
We encourage second rounds! Ask the pro-shop about our discounts on green fees and cart rentals before you start your round, to be sure tee times are available.
All players are expected to:
Be respectful of fellow golfers, staff, and the course
Maintain pace of play
Repair ball marks, rake bunkers, and care for the course
Follow direction from course marshals and staff
Golf is built on honesty and courtesy—those values matter here.
We encourage golfers to dress comfortably and appropriately for the game. Traditional golf attire is welcome, but we recognize that styles have evolved.
Guidelines:
Clean, comfortable athletic or golf-style clothing is recommended
Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times
Offensive or inappropriate graphics/language are not permitted
Staff may address attire only if it is clearly inappropriate or disruptive to others. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests follow these same expectations.
Personal music is welcome at a low volume.
Music should only be audible within your group
Be mindful of nearby players, tee boxes, and greens
Staff or fellow golfers may ask for volume adjustments if needed
If it affects another group’s experience, it’s too loud—simple as that.
We recognize that many golfers enjoy a drink or cannabis as part of their round. Our approach is based on responsible use and respect for others.
Key Expectations:
No impairment: “Impaired is impaired.” Safety comes first—for yourself and others
Respect shared spaces: Be mindful of those around you, especially in carts, tee areas, and greens
Follow staff direction at all times
Alcohol must be purchased through the course in accordance with Ontario liquor laws
Outside alcohol is not permitted
Staff are Smart Serve certified and may refuse service if necessary
Anyone who becomes disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant may be asked to leave without refund.
Cannabis use is legal in Canada, and we respect that. On course:
Discretion is expected
Be mindful of proximity to other players and shared spaces
Avoid impacting others’ experience through smoke, odor, or behavior
If use becomes disruptive or affects others, staff may intervene.
Our staff and marshals are here to ensure everyone has a great day.
If a situation arises where a player’s behavior negatively impacts others, they may be:
Given a warning
Asked to adjust their behavior
Asked to leave the course without refund if necessary
We accept cash, debit cards, and Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
